Structural composition
-Heating hood: It is cylindrical in shape, with a lifting device at the top, support legs at the bottom, guide arms on the side, a combustion heating system inside, and tangential distribution of burners.
-Cooling hood: cylindrical, with supporting legs, top with cooling fan and water-cooled nozzle, capable of forced air and water cooling for the inner hood.
-Inner cover: Made of heat-resistant steel, it forms an airtight space together with the base, and the bottom has a flange pressed onto the base sealing ring through a clamping device.
-Furnace seat: supporting internal hood, heating hood, cooling hood and other components, with a circulating fan inside.
