-Furnace body: usually a steel structure shell with an insulation layer inside to provide insulation and reduce heat dissipation to the external environment.
-Heating system: For example, different methods such as resistance wire heating and electromagnetic induction heating are used to generate heat and achieve the heating function of the aluminum rod.
-Conveyor device: responsible for conveying aluminum bars into the furnace and out of the furnace, ensuring that the aluminum bars are heated in an orderly manner according to the process, some are chain conveyors, some are roller conveyors, etc.
-Temperature control system: Accurately control the temperature inside the furnace, set different heating temperature curves, monitor and adjust the temperature in real time, and ensure that the heating process meets the process requirements.
