Structure Introduction:

 

The shell of the box type tempering furnace is made by welding national standard steel plates and section steels, and the furnace lining is constructed with ultra lightweight high aluminum energy-saving insulation bricks, combined with aluminum silicate fiber cotton composite furnace lining insulation. The electric heating elements of the box type tempering furnace are designed for long service life, made of high-temperature resistant and high alloy 0Cr25Al5, and are arranged on both sides of the furnace and at the bottom of the furnace. The furnace door can be raised and lowered by electric or hydraulic means, and small box type tempering furnaces can also use hand cranked furnace doors. When the furnace door is opened, there is a circuit breaker protection device to stop the power supply and heating. Adopting a microcomputer temperature control system to control the tempering process with high precision, the entire tempering heat treatment process from entering the furnace to exiting the furnace is fully automated.
