It mainly consists of furnace body, trolley, heating element, temperature control system, ventilation device, etc. The furnace body is generally a shell made of welded steel sections and steel plates, and the inner lining is made of high-quality insulation materials to reduce heat loss. The trolley can enter and exit the furnace for easy loading and unloading of workpieces. A sealing device is used between the trolley and the furnace body to ensure the sealing of the furnace.

 

-Working principle: Place the workpiece on the trolley. After the trolley enters the furnace, the heating element heats the workpiece in the furnace to reach the required tempering temperature, and maintains it at this temperature for a certain period of time. Then, the cooling rate is controlled by the ventilation device to cool the workpiece at an appropriate rate, thereby obtaining the desired structure and properties.
