The deep well long shaft tempering furnace is suitable for tempering various types of long rod screws and long shafts, with a furnace depth of up to 12 meters.

 

The furnace body adopts a split structure for on-site installation, and the long workpiece can reach 12 meters. The control system adopts intelligent instruments and PID regulation, and the multi zone temperature control has the characteristics of high temperature control accuracy. The opening and closing of the deep well furnace cover adopts crane lifting or manual and automatic hydraulic opening and closing mechanisms, and is equipped with guide columns to ensure smooth opening and closing of the furnace cover.

 

The deep well type furnace cover and furnace lining adopt a full fiber structure, and a new domestic standard ceramic fiber blanket is selected as the insulation material for the furnace. The fiber blanket is an artificial inorganic metal fiber material, which is made into folded blocks according to the furnace size using special equipment. This type of furnace lining also has the advantages of easy installation, good insulation performance, fast heating, energy saving, and reduced production costs.
