Proper maintenance and attention to relevant matters can extend the service life of the trolley furnace, ensure safe operation and heating effect. The following are the specific contents:

1. Check the equipment
Before using the trolley furnace, the first thing to check is whether the power supply of the equipment is normal, whether there is a short circuit, short circuit, or bare wire. Then check if the contact at the grounding wire of the grounding device is good and if there are any damaged parts on the original components. What is the contact situation at each connection point. Check if there are any abnormal phenomena in the temperature control system and if the operation of the trolley entering and exiting is normal.
-Furnace body cleaning: After each use, wait for the furnace body to cool down and clean the residual oxide skin, debris, and other materials inside the furnace. These residues not only affect the uniformity of the next heating, but long-term accumulation may also corrode the furnace lining. The outside of the furnace also needs to be wiped to remove dust and oil stains, maintain the appearance of the equipment, and facilitate inspection for cracks and other abnormalities.
-Check the furnace door: Check the sealing condition of the furnace door. Poor sealing can cause heat loss and increase energy consumption. Regularly clean the accumulated dust and debris at the furnace door, and check whether the lifting and sliding mechanisms of the furnace door operate smoothly. If there is any jamming, lubricate it in a timely manner.
-Electrical system: Clean the distribution cabinet, use a dry brush to remove dust, and avoid excessive accumulation that may cause short circuits. Check if all instruments, buttons, and indicator lights are working properly, and if the wires are damaged or aged. If any problems are found, repair and replace them immediately.
2. Precautions
During the operation of the trolley furnace, corrosive, volatile, and explosive gases cannot be put into the furnace for processing, which not only affects the service life of the trolley furnace but also poses safety hazards. The temperature of the electric furnace should not exceed its rated temperature, otherwise it will affect the service life of the trolley furnace. For workpieces with too much oxide scale, they need to be cleaned before entering the furnace, and can be brushed with a wire brush. When working, staff should not operate recklessly and should handle their work with care to avoid impact. When loading and unloading circuits, the power supply should be cut off first to ensure the safety of operators. After use, the resistance wire must not collide and one side may break.
-Operating standards: Strictly follow the operating procedures to start and stop the furnace, gradually increase and decrease the temperature, and prohibit rapid temperature rise and fall to avoid cracks in the furnace body due to uneven thermal expansion and contraction. When loading materials, the distribution of materials should be uniform and not overweight, maintaining the balance of the trolley's stress and preventing deformation of the trolley.
-Safety protection: During the operation of the trolley furnace, high temperatures will be generated. Protective fences and warning signs should be set up around it to prevent personnel from accidentally touching and scalding. The furnace body should be well grounded to prevent electric leakage accidents. During maintenance, the power must be cut off and live working is strictly prohibited.
-Environmental adaptation: The factory where the trolley furnace is installed needs to be dry and ventilated. A humid environment can easily cause damage to electrical components due to moisture; Stay away from the earthquake source, frequent vibrations can damage the stability of the furnace structure and internal components.
3. Regular maintenance
The electric motor of the trolley furnace needs to be regularly inspected and lubricated to prevent damage to the transmission shaft due to lack of lubrication. Affects the normal operation of the trolley furnace. Regularly check the usage of thermal components. Regularly verify the usage of instruments and thermocouples.
-Lining maintenance: Check the wear and tear of the lining at regular intervals, such as every six months or a year. If there are peeling or thinning parts, they should be repaired in a timely manner. In severe cases, the entire structure should be rebuilt to prevent the insulation of the furnace body from deteriorating and heat leakage.
-Trolley inspection: Check the degree of wear on the wheels and tracks of the trolley. Excessive wear can cause unstable operation of the trolley and affect the smoothness of entering and exiting the furnace. Regularly replenish lubricating oil for the transmission chain, reducer and other components of the trolley, and replace vulnerable parts according to the time specified in the user manual.
-Temperature control system calibration: Use professional equipment to calibrate the temperature control system approximately once every quarter to ensure accurate temperature measurement and accurate execution of heating programs according to set parameters. Otherwise, it will be difficult for the product's heat treatment quality to meet standards.
